The service appointment was easy to book. The check-in process was very efficient and the communication during the visit was very good. My car was done at the requested time and everything was perfect.

Well caring for customer

The service advisor I had was rude not accommodating AT ALL pretty rude to deliver bad news about a GENERAL MOTORS issue responded by saying "how attached to this vehicle are you" then says a fix is 13000 some odd dollars and no like hey sorry to say or anything the proceeds after I say I guess I should trade it in or something yeah maybe someone will buy it won't go on my lot aren't you a DEALER who SELL CARS but I guess this will be my last visit to tim lally

Very good service

We had a very positive experience. Joey, our sales representative, was very helpful, calm, and informative and assisted us very well through the entire process. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Fast-friendly excellent service

I’m not even sure where to start but what I will say is this, if I can avoid ever working with Rebecca…I will. The service and her followup is below an “F” rating. I was so disgusted by her service that after this Chevy, I’m going back to Toyota- that’s how bad her service was. I was so excited to finally be a “Chevy Girl” and bragged about how great this dealership was…I seriously want to take every compliment back. My car even came back jacked up with scratches and chipped paint!!! This is just ridiculous. I don’t even want to go back for my standard oil change (that’s how pissed I am). My experience with the service department working with Rebecca was simply horrible and if you need to work with someone, please wait for Matt.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and never made me feel pressured. My salesperson Joey was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I found the right car for my needs and budget.

Matt Nagy is an excellent employee. As long as Matt is with Tim Lally so am I.
