I received the text update about my service visit (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection) but it didn't update though I saw the service tech return the car after about 45-minutes. Had to find the service advisor to get my Chevy and I noticed that the dashboard oil reminder hadn't been reset and no service reminder sticker on the window. Service experience felt disjoined that day.James C
