    As before, I was welcomed upon arrival with my non-Lally Chevy Blazer. I received the text update about my service visit (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection) but it didn't update though I saw the service tech return the car after about 45-minutes. Had to find the service advisor to get my Chevy and I noticed that the dashboard oil reminder hadn't been reset and no service reminder sticker on the window. Service experience felt disjoined that day.

    My service was very timely, however my car wasn't washed and they didn't add air to my tire that was low or let out air on the tires that had too much air.

    First off I schedule an appointment and I arrived was quite busy at that time however Ben did take my vehicle and was going to let me know when he got checked in I waited one hour, heard nothing went t find Ben and told me that I was being sent a text that wouldn’t let me know what was happening. We waited I never received the text so he decided he would print me the details of what needed to be done for my vehicle after reviewing it it was decided we would go ahead and do everything that was recommended. However I was never informed that if I used a credit card I would be charged 4% it was not on the The paperwork. , to my surprise when I went to check out with a bill of over $700.00 was told I would be charged 4%. Unless I have a check or cash. So in today’s day and age who has checks and who carries that much cash, ( i hope you’re getting a safe for all this cash that people have to bring ) so that was fine I said I’d use my debit card oh no you can’t use your debit card that’s still 4% explain that analogy to me.. Lo and behold you have my keys so I had to charge the 732.09 with fee of 29.28 .. so needless to say I came home I called classic Chevrolet see if they charge the fee and yes they are starting this new policy , but they’re only charging 3% and you can use your debit card because quite frankly I don’t think I want to carry around $1000 cash . So if you’re going to give someone a invoice, I think you should have on there somewhere cash or check or there’s a fee. Plus the woman act like I knew this coming in. I don’t really communicate with Tim Lally unless I need service done on my vehicle and I have been very kind to bring my vehicle back to your dealership. The dealership has done all the maintenance on my vehicle since I purchased it in 2017 , including new tires maybe I should just stay in Lake County and get 3% and use my debit card. So that’s my experience at Tim Lally’s
