My second time for routine, normal scheduled maintenance service on my first Chevy (and my first EV). They were prompt, friendly and professional. I will definitely go back for future service needs, routine or otherwise.

The advisor (Matt) was great. The only negative was the lack of a shuttle when the car was ready.

I was kept informed of what was needed for my vehicle. By the service manager that was assigned to my vehicle.

Came in for an oil change, got my car back with greasy fingerprints on the hood, and in worse shape than I brought it in. I leave dealership, dash lights go completely out and service charging system comes on. I take it back to dealership. They diagnose it for 3 hrs and say the battery is good and to come back the next day. After getting my car, while still at the dealership I noticed scuffs on the rear bumper. I bring my car back the next day, they tell me the “generator” is bad. Just call it a f’ing alternator. I asked them if it’s OK to drive they say yes I take the car I get to my house and I lose power. Everything the engine still running, but there are no dash lights no power steering nothing works. I back into my garage and the car dies I have videos of the car dinging the lights flashing the windshield wipers going. I call the dealership and say come get your car they said I had to use my warranty so I call and get a tow have my vehicle towed to your dealership. This was on a Tuesday. They said Friday they replaced the alternator I go to pick my car up by my car is filthy filthy filthy filthy I wipe my car down daily there’s grease prints on the door handle. There is dirt/grease on the white leather interior of the door. There’s dirty fingerprints all over it. All captured on camera video. I am absolutely done with your dealership after I get the car home Saturday. I take it out because it’s sunny this past Saturday six days ago today is the 9th of October. When I come home from driving around Saturday, I noticed a puddle of coolant in my garage Monday morning at 7 AM on 11 October. I take it back to your dealership. I let the service manager know thou unhappy I was I did let him know about the scuff before they kind of buffed it out. It’s still there. I’ll take care of it. I don’t want you guys touching my car again. Apparently when they replaced the alternator, a hose wasn’t secured on an auxiliary coolant tank and literally got my car back again after that with fucking dirty fingerprints on the hood so take it for what you will you guys need to do some serious work on your technicians and telling them how to treat vehicles customers you guys have. I just have a Camaro SS you guys have $200,000 Corvettes you guys need to treat your vehicles way better as far as your staff I could not have been happier they were perfectly communicative very friendly very pleasant. They were the best as far as how I got my car back three or four different times. Unacceptable. You lost my service because of your technicians. Period.

Lack of communication. This dealership has declined in service. They never have loaners or transportation for service. available and the mechanics and service team aren't communicating. Better off going to another dealership to get the perks of their service departments
