    Was not sure if the young man that checked my car in worked there. He was on has phone ,did not address me professional and also did not spell clearly. I understand they may not have uniforms but the young men that greet the customer should have some professionalism.

    We came in knowing what we potentially wanted. Joey let us test drive quickly and no pressure. He was friendly and engaging. The actual purchase was slower than desired but not too bad. The real reason we gave Lally a chance was because of your collision shop. Our vehicle was totaled in hail storm and Lynn/Kimberly were very helpful and genuine. So we gave you a shot.
