Thank you, JIM for making things right! I use Tim Lally for my vehicle���s service as I trust the service and it is close to my home for convenience. I started off disappointed during my last visit as I was told that I would have to pay for two separate diagnostic services during the visit, both of which I feel are major but I chose to only focus on one of the issues regarding my gear shift and the internal computer system not accurately reading the current gear status of my vehicle. Long story short, I was told that I was responsible for a known issue that was potentially a safety issue. I chose to speak up and request management as I was uncomfortable and dissatisfied as to why a customer with a vehicle that had a known manufacturing problem was my responsibility from a cost perspective. Again, thank you JIM for stepping in and resolving the matter and satisfying my concerns.
