I was greeted with a smile by the service department rep. Told what to expect and how long my oil change would take. I was directed to the waiting area, which is a comfortable setting. In this pandemic time, everyone there was respectful of social distancing. I relaxed watching television till my car was ready. The rep came out with my paperwork and keys when it was ready, directed me tot he service counter where I could pay my bill. Service took only a few minutes more than expected but it was done to my satisfaction.
