The service manager that assisted us with our needs had excellent customer service and displayed genuine concern for the service needed. He was very compassionate and empathic when sharing additional service needed. I will say it was more than I was prepared to hear but his delivery made it as easy as possible for me to accept what needed to be done. He also honored when the service would be complete. You is an asset to Tim Lally and I hope Tim Lally values him and shows him appreciation. My only regret is that I'm bad with names and hope you have record of it. If you do not, let me know and I will check my paperwork when I get home and share his name with you. I do not want my inability to remember his name hinder him for his just reward.
