Which vehicles can I choose for the Buy From Home program? Our Buy From Home program is about the customer experience. Each vehicle listing should have a Buy From Home option on it. Just click that button to get started!
Do I have to fill out everything if I am not sure about my vehicle choice yet? Absolutely not! Most shoppers provide us with their preferred phone number and email address so that we can confirm availability, alert them to any alternatives, and answer whatever questions they may have via phone, text, video, or email correspondence.
What if I want to see the vehicle before I buy it? Our Buy at Home Specialists can have any vehicle ready to view to make the best use of our guests' time when they arrive. For those who cannot come here to see their selection, we can arrange a Test Drive Experience at your home or work.
Estimating Your Trade
Is my trade value guaranteed? The Shop Click Drive tool we use has Trade Estimator tools. These provide an estimated trade in value. Tim Lally Chevrolet is also a Buying Center for Kelly Blue Book. By using the KBB Instant Cash Offer tool on our website, you can obtain an Instant Cash Offer from KBB. In either case, we want to look over your trade, too, to make sure you get the most possible. We can do this on-site or at your home during your Test Drive Experience.

Choose Your Finance or Lease Options
Will those be my actual payments? Our online tools use sample interest rates to determine payments. Your eligibility and/or final payment will be determined based on the decision of the lender you use through us to finance or lease your vehicle. Completing the online application section of our online tools will allow our Finance Managers to offer you precise payments based on your actual bank approval. Just as you would in person, feel free to ask any questions you may have!
How will what my final figures will be? When you submit your completed deal information online, our Buy At Home Service Specialists will be in touch to verify your transaction details, look for any missing discounts or incentives, confirm vehicle availability, and begin to gather any necessary documentation. Final payment and financing details will be reviewed by one of our Finance Managers.
What about credit concerns? Because every buyer is different, each transaction is carefully customized to your specific situation. This is why we let you speak directly with a professional Sales or Finance Manager to review financing conditions, eligibility, stipulations, etc. Our Buy at Home Service is not one size fits all -- it's finding the one size to fit YOU!
Does my delivery time need to be confirmed? For the best customer experience, we confirm delivery times to assure that everything is ready.
What do I need to bring? Your Buy at Home Service Specialist should provide you with anything you will need to have ready. Often much of the documentation can be sent digitally prior to delivery for those who wish to take advantage of this convenience.
Which is better, delivery at home or coming to the dealer? That's up to you! By using the Shop at Home Service, those who opt for delivery at the dealership will cut down dramatically on any waiting time. If all the details are already in order, your visit will be limited to signing your documentation, getting your vehicle orientation, and connecting you to any GM services (OnStar, GM Rewards, etc.). Delivery at the dealership is often more convenient should any issues with the vehicle or financing terms need addressed at the last minute. Those opting for Home Delivery will experience the same level of care and concern as those on site!
